Appointments:                                               New Patients

Scheduling information: Our office is open Monday through Thursday, 9AM -4:30 PM EST. These hours are subject to change with regard to holidays and lecture/teaching commitments by Dr. Niemczyk.
We know you have many choices when choosing a Endodontist in Delaware County, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please notify us as soon as you are able.

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. However, if you have pain or an emergency situation, please call our office immediately and we will make every effort to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting; however, understanding that this practice provides emergency care and surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency care cases do arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and your patience.

Insurance and Billing:
At our practice, we make every effort to provide you with the finest endodontic care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work closely with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

Dental insurance coverage has become more complex due to the vast variety of plans available, and the range of benefits varies from one plan to another. Some plans may cover certain dental procedures, while others may not. In addition, some plans may pay on a fee schedule which is unrelated to our offices fees. If your insurance company pays on a lower fee schedule than our fee, you will be responsible for the difference in payment after the insurance company has paid the claim.

We consider ourselves a “patient friendly” practice and will do everything possible to explain your benefits and expedite the processing of your claim.

If you have any problems or questions with your benefits, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date on most plan offerings, and can be reached by phone at (610) 789-1189. Please bring your insurance information with you at the time of the consultation or treatment so that we can expedite the insurance process.


Payment Options:
Patient Billing

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore full payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit. We are happy to electronically file insurance for you, as we have found this method substantially reduces the time required for reimbursement .  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (610) 789-1189. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

 Most insurance companies will respond quickly (within 2-4 weeks) because we submit your claim electronically. Please call our office if your monthly statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is greatly appreciated.
